NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to get one) · Working With Children Check · First Aid & CPR · genuine care and reliability.
Great to have
Cert III in Individual Support (or studying) · driver's licence and your own car · experience in disability or aged care · manual handling & medication training.

You treat participants with dignity, you do what you say you'll do, and you work to the NDIS Code of Conduct — every shift.
